OUR SERVICE APPROACH
Camperact represents products that we regard as the best in their field. We choose to partner with these products based on our own experience in the Australian outback, that of our friends and customers and the strength and initiative of the manufacturers. We stand by our products with the full support of our manufacturers.
We have a close relationship with our manufacturers and spend time in each of the factories regularly. We work closely with them to keep up with the latest developments in our field and often involved in product testing and feedback over the years.
As our products are all hand made there are occasional minor warranty issues, but we handle these on our customer's behalf and are your first point of contact. Most of our products have a warranty between three and ten years in duration. We service what we sell and have a full mechanical workshop at Narellan to meet most requirements. In the event of significant work too extensive for our facilities we arrange treatment with the manufacturer on your behalf.

‘CAMPERACT’ opened in Narellan, on Saturday 1 July 2017, featuring campers from Track Trailer, Bolwell RV, Altitude Campers and Pod Trailers. This range has since been expanded to include BRS Offroad, Backtrax Rooftop tents, Intelliquip and Elecbrakes. CAMPERACT are now proud to represent in total, eight Australian made brands, all in one location.
CAMPERACT is the newest venture for long term Track Trailer dealers Peter Fenwick and Catherine Panich, owner operators of the highly successful Independent Trailers founded in 2006 in Canberra.
Apart from their vast experience in the sales and servicing of quality camper trailers and caravans. Peter and Catherine also bring a wealth of knowledge in outback travel and 4wd expeditions to assist those starting out on their own outback adventures. As they say, they are bush campers first, 4WDers second. They are completely comfortable escaping the crowds by taking an Australian made camper, rugged and durable yet with some creature comforts into to outback, and still able to come back rested and relaxed.
As former President and CEO of the Australian National Four Wheel Drive Council, Peter knows a bit about 4WDing in our vast country and the industry generally. While Catherine can advise on the more subtle and comfort making aspects of bush camping. She has also co-led expeditions across the Simpson Desert and joined Peter on the Canning Stock Route and many other trips.
