We have always found Peter and Catherine to be extremely knowledgeable. They know their trailers and campers inside out (in our case a Track Topaz). How good is the service and customer support... Not good...it's fantastic!! Phoned Peter and Catherine re an unusual problem with a strut on my Mk4 Tvan after a rough 15000km trip.... I thought the strut had broken... A few days later they had a replacement part (ended up not being required, as the strut had just come loose from the pivot joint).... but prior to heading off interstate on a busy show day, Peter had a look at my Tvan in person and fixed the problem, good as new, in about 10 minutes. Peter's knowledge of the trailers he sells is second to none... along with the customer service. Additionally, when I was on the 15000km trip I phoned Catherine for some advice on a leaking hand pump... Catherine diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me guidance on how to replace the diaphram... a rubber part which eventually wears out... and they'd even put a spare diaphragm in the spares box I got when I purchased the Tvan from them! Can't recommend them highly enough. Neil R
